Photographing Elizabeth and Grant’s heartfelt wedding in at Marengo in Lowndesboro, AL, was such a joy! This quaint country town holds so much meaning for them—Grant’s family all lives here, and it’s also where Elizabeth’s mother grew up, with her grandmother still living nearby. Their ceremony was held at Elizabeth’s grandmother’s beautiful church, and the reception was just next door at ____.

The personal touches throughout the day were what made it so special. Elizabeth’s family even built the incredible light setup over the dance floor, creating the perfect atmosphere for a night of amazing dancing! One of the highlights had to be the bride’s aunts and uncles performing a hilarious dance to "Stop in the Name of Love," which had everyone rolling. The bride, who had lots of cousins, made sure the dance floor stayed packed all night long.

The food was as delicious as it was beautifully decorated, and the evening ended with a stunning sparkler exit that was truly magical. We were so honored to be part of such a meaningful day in the place where so many family memories were made!
