There were a lot of firsts and Titus and Kaitlyn’s wedding out at Greenbrier Farms. Never before have I seen a wedding party dance-off (My vote goes to the guys. Don’t tell Kaitlyn…), or had the groom and his mom set off confetti in the middle of their dance (which very much surprised me in the moment). I’ve also never, and it surprises me to say this, had the groom help straighten the bride’s rings for a photo. But that is simply who these two are. A pair of loving, sweet, passionate individuals that bring so much unique care into every part of what they do. Just watching the way they love each other and those around them actually inspires me to persevere in all of my relationships and life goals.
And this day was made all the more special because I have known these two crazy kids for about eleven years. I photographed Titus’s high school senior photos, and before the wedding, I’ve worked with them three different times!
Titus. Kaitlyn. I love you guys and I wish you all the best as you get going into this next phase of life. Stay in love and always remember to keep Christ at the very center.
Titus’s dad actually officiated the wedding I photographed before this one as well!
Many thanks to my amazing assistant Samson for orchestrating this little gem!
Ironically when I put them in this pose I don’t believe I even planned to get the flag in the background!
The last dance while everyone got ready for the sendoff.
